WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are manufactured and formulated in England, United Kingdom
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our products are Vegan friendly, our cartons also use vegetable inks.
CAN I RECYCLE MY PACKING?
Our cartons are fully recyclable and we do not use any cello wrap, the packing you receive your online orders in is also fully recyclable. Our serum, cream and cleanser all come in recyclable bottles too.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SPF?
Our products do not contain SPF but we do recommend using our products before using your SPF
DOES YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN VITAMIN C?
We use an ingredient called Rosality that is derived from the Damask Rose, it works to brighten the complexion and de stress the skin as well as fade pigmentations. Our products do not contain Vitamin C.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE / DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No, we never test on animals and all of the ingredients we use are cruelty free
ARE YOU PRODUCTS FREE FROM SULPHATES?
Yes, all of our products are sulphate free
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FREE FROM PARABENS?
Yes, all of our products are paraben free
I AM ALLERGIC TO NUTS, ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE?
Our cleanser does contain Sweet Almond Oil which may not be suitable for those with a severe nut allergy.

CAN I COMBINE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH RETINOL?
Yes, our products can be combined with medical grade skincare and have calming properties
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?
We take care to use high quality and gentle ingredients so believe these can be used on all skin types
ARE THESE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR OILY SKIN?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for all skin types, we have seen amazing results reducing shine from T-zone and rebalancing and restore to create a long-lasting and clear complexion
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCT?
Once opened, we recommend using our products within twelve months

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £100
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We Ship worldwide to all countries.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
- All standard shipping is free when you spend over £100, if your order is less than £100, UK shipments cost £5 and international shipping costs £10
- Next Day Delivery is currently only available in mainland UK for £5
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
UK orders on standard shipping will be delivered within 2-3 days unless Next Day Delivery has been chosen. International Orders generally take 5-10 days to arrive.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with full tracking information; please view Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd if you are in the UK or please see Track a Parcel (parcelforce.com) for Rest of World orders.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
To return your order, you will need to send your item tracked to the address provided, and a full refund will be given on receipt from our warehouse team upon delivery of your unopened item. Please send tracking information, return request and original order number to info@amandacarolinebeauty.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel your order, if this occurs please contact info@amandacarolinebeauty.com within 24 hours as we may be able to assist you further. If your order has shipped, please wait for a full receipt and follow our returns process instructions above.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULT OR DAMAGED ORDER?
If an order is faulty or damaged on receipt you should contact us on info@amandacarolinebeauty.com where we can arrange to send a replacement
PLACING AN ORDER
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND DUTIES?
For UK orders, yes prices include all taxes, international orders may be subject to additional charges depending on the country however you will be notified by letter or email.
